Currently, I have three lenses: Canon EF 28-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS USM AF Zoom Wide Angle-Telephoto Lens, Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 and Canon EF 85mm f/1.8 USM Telephoto Lens. What am I missing? Also, which of these would be best to use in a church that is very dimly lit?
I have a Canon digital rebel xti. I also have a home studio with alien bee flash-heads. Right now im working with the kit lens (18-55mm f/4.5-5.6) but im pretty sure that wont cut it with a pro studio... i was thinking either a prime 50mm f/1.4 / 85mm f/1.8 or a 28-135 f/3.5-5.6 IS lens.

, best lens for taking pics of kids, canon lens for children pictures, canon lenses for low light, taking pictures in low lightI just got a Canon Xti DLSR as a gift to replace my old EOS 1000F 35mm. All the Canon lenses work, but I have a 28mm Sigma lens that provokes an Err 99 from the camera when I shoot.
A bit of web research suggests that I should get it re-chipped to work with the newer camera. I can find no details on where to go or direct reports from people who have had it done. Has anybody done this?
I have a Canon S51S. I also have a few lenses that are for my older non digital Canon camera and want to know is there is an adapter to attach my Canon zoom EF 75-300mm (from the older model) to the S515. I have seen adapters on the Canon site but am not sure if that is JUST for the extra lenses that they do for the S51S on the site.
Many thanks

, canon s51s cameraI have a Canon Elan 7 and was planning on purchasing the Canon 50D. I have a few Canon lenses to go with my camera and did not know if they would be compatible with the digital camera I was getting. How can I tell if I can switch the lenses between digital and film? So I know if I need to buy a lens to go with the camera or not.
Thanks!
I am open to any other feedback about the camera too.
I'm about to shoot my first concert - a major day/night outdoor music festival.
I will be using a friend's Canon EOS 20D with a 17-85mm lens, however I have been told that I might be better off using a different lens
Could you give any recommendations?
And perhaps any live concert photography tips in general?
I will have access to the photo pit, so distance from performers isn't a major issue
Many thanks
